I found the article you linked (titled “Why Data Scientists Should Write Books, and Why I Did”) to be much in line with my views that writing is a great way to learn a concept yourself. I especially like the quote “ that’s why writing is important. It helps us to understand what we do, and explain it to others so they can understand it, too.”
